[Fixed] Hanging torture cage

So, playing around with deco that I've never tried before and ran into a deco item that I can not quite figure out how to place. A Hanging Torture Cage.

I can not seem to hang it anywhere in my house, basement or dungeon. It does not seem to want to attach to any ceiling deco serface. I can place it on the floor of the main floor and a coupe of places on the second floor of my house, but since it hangs down, it's below the floor. I am trying to place in a Turreted City home and that house's ceiling is a bit picky on deco surfaces, but I have hung iron chandeliers. And, I have not found anywhere where in my dungeon to hang it. - blue and green dungeon pieces.

 

Fixed Should patch in before too long.
