[Fixed] having another player in the zone with a linux player breaks things

    Title: having another player in the zone with a linux player breaks things
    Reproduction Rate: 3/3 scenes: brit estates, darkshire hills, blackblade foothills
    Blocker? no
    Details: if i have another player in the zone with me, i cannot jump. i cannot cast skills from noncombat (silent movement, sprint, healing touch). i cannot use within-town teleporter signposts: it goes to a black screen (the same way crafting stations do, but that bug isn't player-presence-dependent). this starts somewhere in the process of them loading into my scene, even before they show a char or in the nearby player list, and resolves when they leave. it did not affect another player who was on windows. it does not matter whether the other player is using the gm client or the qa client, or a dev account or regular account.

    i do not know if it matters whether the other player is on windows or linux, i only had a windows user to test with at the time.

    hitting space bar with someone else in scene gives this to debug:

    i'm not worried, they already knew there were several major bugs for linux on the unity update they were trying on qa.

    tested with @Archer. it doesn't matter whether the other player is on windows: two linux players in a scene will break each other. (but how often does that happen?)
