    Title: Imbued Jewel of Waning Fizzle Has Faulty Tooltip
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: The Imbued Jewel of Waning Fizzle (salvaged from Acara's Plate Gauntlets of Defiance) shows "0-5 Magic Fizzle Chance" in red when viewing the tooltip. The intended bonus (-5% Magic Fizzle Chance) displays correctly on crafted pieces, and functions correctly in use. (Observed fizzle rates under various conditions and the ring is functionally identical to the -5% Magic Fizzle Chance given by the Justice devotional).
