    Title: Regular Poison does not Stack
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: Regular poison does not stack as per patch notes, it only refreshes on a hit. Festering poison stacks now as notes detail.
    Steps to Reproduce: apply regular poison, hit something
    User Specs:
