    Details: LOCKED GLYPHS ARE GIVING EXTRA STACK FOR FREE WITHOUT COOLDOWN, CAN REACH 7 STACK IF SPEC
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. LOCK A GLYPH SUCH AS STRENGHT OF EARTH AND NOTE STATS
    2. CAST GLYPH AND MOUSE OVER THE BUFF AND NOTICED STATS
    3. TRY WITH ANY OTHER LOCKED GLYPH THAT IS STACKABLE

    Just to be clearer...:
    locked glyphs from combat deck, issue doesnt happen with glyphs on utility bar

    Because I lose faith in the developpers when they let this bug slide for 2 full releases. Makes the game unplayable in PvP and forces everyone to redo their decks. I'm just not going to do that. I put it as a blocker because it's been going on too long and the developpers are balancing the game based on this bug. This is a serious and critical issue.

    Stop postponing this. Whatever the reasons you may have to ignore this LONG STANDING ISSUE doesnt matter. Its a blocker because you shouldnt be BALANCING OTHER SKILLS when this is happening. Its only logical no?

    Another reason that it breaks the game is that there is currently no more reason to use a dynamic deck anymore. Cards are worthless if I can get an extra stack on a locked glyph. 7th stack glyphs are not supposed to be possible. This bug allows that to happen. This may not block me from actually playing, clearly. But if you cant find this as good enough reason to issue it as a blocker, do whatever you gotta do. Im just here trying to bring you all the information.

    This was actually something I called out in my stream recently. The fix is easy BUT it will be called a nerf which is why I had been reluctant to fix it after discovering it. I agree that it does put the dynamic deck at a disadvantage though and will fix it for a patch.

    Just curious is this SOE only I’m sun spec and I’ve never seen a 7 stack enlightenment?

    If you cast a single stack/charge of Enlightenment and then compare the buff tooltip with the skill tooltip, you'll see that you're getting a bit extra.

    And you say this happens to every skill that people are spec in, I’d bet 95% of the players use locked decks it’s better just to buff random decks by the percentage the rage will be extream and yes everyone is gonna be crying nerf.

    Buffing the 3-5% is a better solution than nerfing (and that’s how people will see it) the 95-97% of the player base.

    Every skill that can be charged up. Specialization has nothing to do with it.

    @Chris I believe that this was actually also making 5 and 6 stacks the same. For instance, the initial 6 stack of Rend I'd put on a mob would be 100 damage, then the next immediate 5-stack of Rend would also read 100 damage.

    Ahh I see all I can say is ROFL I’ve never even noticed anything was weird.

    Wow just wow

    This has to be the buggiest game ever created in the history of gaming. ;)

    I’ve often wondered if triple run speed buffs threw or around mobs before they can see or respond to you is a bug or a feature, Maybe a exploit who knows....
