[Fixed] lord british castle - cant get encoded cards quest

Title: marisha doesnt give encoded cards quest

Details: when asking marisha about encoded cards i did not receive the encoded cards quest. i did waves up through 14 and did not receive any encoded cards.
Steps to Reproduce: ask marisha about encoded cards. appears to give quest but quest does not show in quest book and no cards given at least up through wave 14.

I’ll just assume this is like the other various quest drops, where you have to have the quest the first time, to set the flag on your character for these then to show up.

Did you try a help keyword, if present to try and get the quest from her?

 

hi Anpu yes i did all dialog options. i got the quest through dialog, but it did not show up in my quest book.

I was able to get the quest, solo, in a Private scene. Multiplayer setting set to Party (and tested multiplayer option in Open):

Captain Marisha: Hail, outlander. I'm Captain Marisha. If you've come to help, we could use it.
Anpu: help
Captain Marisha: I could use some help collecting copies of the three encoded cards for Lord British's vault, if you're up for it.
Anpu: encoded card
Captain Marisha: My guards have learned that the castle invaders have somehow made copies of the 3 encoded cards needed for a safe within Lord British's vault. I don't care if you find one or two, but if you find a set of all 3 cards, bring them to me. Oh... and, whatever you do, don't enter the vault.
Anpu: I'll do as you ask.
Captain Marisha: Excellent. By the way, if you enter the vault, I'll know what you did. Stay out of the vault and I'll give you a handsome reward. Enter the vault, and it'll be ugly.
I'll keep an eye out for the 3 encoded cards.

Received the Recover 3 Encoded Card Task and Quest Journal entry when selecting the I'll do as you ask. answer.

confirmed Anpu's results on my third time through. i was able to see the "i will do it" option this time. not sure why i didnt see it before but was able to get them this morning and the quest showed up in my quest book.
