[Fixed]Master Tactics Trainer is NOT the Bard Trainer?!

    I cannot find a Bard Trainer.

    Everyone I've asked has said it's the Master Tactics Trainer, he begs to differ.

    I've asked in the Sota Discord with no answer, so I assume this is another oversight.

    While the Bard Tree made it in this release the Master trainer and the skills were not in the R75 patch.
    Chris said he was holding off release till it's ready for release.

    The Tactics trainer is in Desolis on the QA Server where you can see this to test.

    Thats why I posted this in the QA bugs section... I've been on QA, and he is Not Teaching Bard Skills.
