    Title: New Jester Staff incorrect placement

    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Blocker? nope

    Details: when attempting to place the new jester staff, it places in wall horizontally in wall and half embeded
    in ground on floor (see pic below)

    Steps to Reproduce: try to place staff in the world
