[Fixed] Open umbrella floats upside down at ground level

    Title: Open umbrella floats upside down at ground level

    Details: I just tried out my clockwork umbrella in Build 460. After equipping the umbrella and using the /openumbrella emote, my avatar opens the umbrella as expected over her head, but then the open umbrella snaps down to the ground, floating there and intersecting with my avatar's leg. See screenshot.

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 16324
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GPU RAM: 6084
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.460.Date.02.16.17
