Title: Roving Encounters: Repeat encounters of same type are empty areas.
Reproduction Rate: Easy and frequent.
Blocker? No.
Details: Run into skeleton easy roving encounter. Clear everything in the encounter. Keep walking down the path. Encounter another skeleton and enter that roving encounter. Note that it is already cleared since the 5 or 10 minute area expiry has not triggered. This can be repeated as many times thereafter until you do not hit that same type of roving encounter for the expiry period of a zone. I noticed that there are cases where roving skelly encounters are just lying dead until you get close. Can either wipe the area on departure or use that lying dead and count on the region expiry timer to trigger the roving skelly back into action. I.E. First roving skelly activates. The next ones lie there motionless until the area expires and resets.
Steps to Reproduce: Run into a roving encounter, clear that encounter. Run into a roving encounter of the same type within a 5 minute period. Notice how the area is the area you cleared earlier. I.E. you are simply being attacked by loading screens.
