[fixed] Screen goes black using boat!

    Title: Screen goes black using boat!
    Reproduction Rate: 100%.
    Blocker? Yes!
    Details: After exiting my town (Mystic Isle), I'm standing on Spindrift Island. I use the boat to the mainland and my screen goes black and I'm totally stuck. Then, I quit the client and log on again. Once again, I'm standing on Spindrift Island, I use the boat to the mainland and the same thing happens. I'm unable to leave and the game is unplayable. this wasn't happening last night, so it's from a recent patch.
    Steps to Reproduce: See "Details".

    OS: Linux 5.4 64bit
    CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor (8) System RAM: 32103

    Update: teleport scrolls also don't work, so I'm truly stuck.

    [edit] Teleport scrolls don't work from the overworld. They do work from town though.

    also happened to me today when walking out of a town to the overworld. screen went black and nothing. Logged out and back into overworld and has not happened again for me.
