[Fixed] smoke coming from lot marker stones

    Details: the lot marker stones in Northwood at least have smoke coming from them even if the lot is claimed (the same smoke that is supposed to be togglable for empty lots I think)
    Steps to Reproduce: look at lot marker stones

    Northwood is NPC town and confirmed in Desolis. Note this is only from the stones, not the sign markers.

    this is not showing on linux (yet), so probably related to the gpu occlusion system
