[Fixed] Unable to harvest water from fountains

    Title: Unable to harvest water from fountains.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: I am unable to harvest water from the Cinereous and Isabelline 2-tier fountains.
    Steps to Reproduce: Place one of those fountains on a lot and try to get water from it.
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.4 Ubuntu 16.04 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 15970
    GPU: GeForce GTX 970M/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 3072
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.497.Date.10.27.16
