[Fixed] XP not restored after recent catastrophic crash

    Hi,

    It seems that XP restoration did not work for my character.

    Maybe it is related to character change name during affected period? (from Munphf to Munphfee)?

    Upon checking chat logs from 29/9 if I compare it with 9/9 xp I am minus 158 mils on adventurer exps and 147 mils on producer exps...

    Note: I have already put a note in a different thread about that but now i see that it was for test server (https://www.shroudoftheavatar.com/forum/index.php?threads/xp-not-refunded.172642/) so raising this one for live one.

    ah, yes, the name change would do it! @DavidDC, can you look up what this charachter should have added?

    (though in general, individual account problems are a mail customer service thing, not a report a bug thing.)

    okay, that character has been reimbursed.

    if anyone else was missed by the script because of a name change during the lost september, please email support.
