FIzzle - Explain School v/s Armor type (Shields) Please

So once again Fizzle has had a drastic change and once again I find it difficult to figure it out.

I would be really nice to see a simple chart, I know there was once a long time ago presented by @Chris that explained how one school was offset by an opposing Armor type / shield. (I cannot find old one)

Can we please see this again.

I would really like to know that Leather affects - Air more or less than chain . . . . .

or whatever the school / armor works.
