    Title: Flash bulbs
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: In many scenes (including the Isle of Storms), I see these bright white areas. Often they're flashing and look like a bunch of flash bulbs going off.
    Steps to Reproduce: See screenshot below.
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.4 Ubuntu 16.04 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 15970
    GPU: GeForce GTX 970M/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 1024
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.450.Date.07.28.16
    Area: Novia_R3_City_Brittany
    Loc: (362.3, 61.8, 56.4)

    [edit] Actually, this one does not flash and, on closer inspection, is caused by an imp pet decoration. The ones that flash are in adventure scenes.

    Confirmed seeing the same thing on Isle of Storms patch 449, using Ubuntu 14.04, GTX 750 Ti, Nvidia driver 367.27.

    I reported that one during QA. I don't think that it was ever looked at.

    OK, here's a video. it's from QA but it hasn't changed.



    Imp pet decorations do the same thing but they don't flash.

    In the case of the imp pet decoration (screenshot in OP), it completely goes away if I turn off camera bloom. Unfortunately, as soon as I change scenes, camera bloom is back on again.
