Floral stained glass lamps do not stay lit

    Title: Floral stained glass lamps do not stay lit
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: After logging out/back in or waiting awhile and re-entering the scene the floral stained glass lamps will be off. However, the geometric stained glass lamps will stay on.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz (4) System RAM: 16267
    GPU: AMD Radeon R9 200 Series GPU RAM: 4073
    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.614.Date.05.30.17
    Area: POT_forest_metropolis_01_template/Honor Hold
    Area Display Name: Honor Hold
    Loc: (52.1, 38.2, 247.2)
