Focus Specialization doesn't give the same Mastery rate than other specs

1. Title: Focus Specialization doesn't give the same Mastery rate than other specs

Details: The Focus Specialization, instead giving 1'25% of Focus Mastery for each level in the Focus Specialization skill, it gives 1'25% at level 1, but from level 2, it gives +1% of Focus Mastery for each level instead 1'25, making it possible values of 80'3(80'25%) of Focus Mastery instead 100% at level 80, or 96'3(96'25%) of Focus Mastery instead 120% at level 96.
   
   Furthermore, I would like to post two pics about my both specializations, Focus Specialization and Blade Specialization... just for seeing the difference of Mastery rate for each specialization.
