Focusing augmentation request

1) When an avatar highlights an enchant-able or masterwork-able item and then clicks either the enchant or masterwork recipe as appropriate to the crafting table they're standing at, please have that crafting table pick the highlighted item.

2) Failing that, please have the table pick whatever item is currently on the crafting table.

3) If both #1 and #2 are not applicable, the tables' current not-so-subtle fascination with attempting to further masterwork/enchant the highest bonus item in the avatar's inventory might be appropriate. Maybe.
