1. All post bodies concerning Shroud of the Avatar player to player transactions or services are limited to this section of the forums. Unwanted solicitation in other sections of the forums or via chat or private message is prohibited, and could result in account restriction or ban. Posting more than once per week within your own thread, "bumping" it to keep it on top, bumping within a week of the first post, and daily replacing a post with a new one is also considered spam and is therefore, prohibited. Bumping is allowed once per week, if the new post contains information that is meaningful to the original thread (i.e. price updates).

    Activities that involve real money exchanges between players are not allowed. Account transfers are not supported. Items purchased in the SotA Store, such as Pledge and Bundle Rewards, Add-Ons, Stretch-Goal items, and Player Owned Towns, as well as services that can be immediately fulfilled in-game (such as renting existing in-game property or items) are the only permitted exchanges in the Player Marketplace.

    We will not restrict exchange of goods but we will not officially endorse these exchanges due to liability issues and staffing bandwidth. No in-game or chat based real money exchanges are allowed. Exchanges are at the players own risk and governed by the Terms of Service of whatever third party platform. Catnip Games reserves the right to restrict any activities if they cause widespread issues for our community or if these activities involve exploits of any kind.

    I have a few vendor tents open in this PRIME LOCATION in Brit alley. Its one of the best market hubs in the game just by the entrance , well stocked vendors all around and a ton of traffic. Close to the boats to reach all around brittany.

    These are the details of the rental:

    PRICE: 30,000 per month*

    What you get:
    - A tent with a vendor, free for you to decorate as you wish ( Only 1 light )
    - 4 chests
    - 2 Large Greenhouses that only you can use
    - Free use of the Commision free vendor**
    - Wilfred has all public expert stations next to the tents free for you to use

    * GUARANTEE: If you by the end of the first month doesnt sell enough to feel that the spot is worth it, you will get your money back! This guarantee requires you to have decent prices on whatever you sell. The traffic is there, ive lived here for month and keep selling out in notime, i have high faith in the prime location.

    ** You may use the commision free vendor to list your own items, with the only rule that you are not allowed to undercut other people in order to force them out of business. We all work as a team here.

    SECURITY:
    Are you worries about renting a spot? Don't worry, its completely safe!
    Any items you place on vendors , in your tent etc can not be removed by anyone, not even the owner. Should you be evicted, or for some other reason lose access, all items you placed and all items on vendor(s) get sent to the local bank. There is NO risk involved.

    I've got the rented Dyes and Patterns tent, and yes, it's a great spot. I'm using a commissioned vendor and still making more than rent cost. Come join us, there aren't a lot of primo locations like this available.
