    Wizards Rest Mini Mall above Owls Head
    For some reason the game launcher goes all the way back to the very beginning causing me to have to re-install the game. This is Windows 10

    CPU AMD x6 Phenom II
    GPU AMD R9 280x
    Memory 16 GB

    The launcher will download a full 0-><number> patch if it decides something went wrong, this can happen under a number of circumstances. It shouldnt make you reinstall the game however. Only other point is a lot of antivirus products hate the P2P download it is worth checking that this isnt effecting you
