'Fountain of Frozen Waters' - way too large for most of us ever to place

Just some random feedback here, but I picked up the telethon prize, the 'Fountain of Frozen Waters.' I wasn't expecting it to be tiny, but being based in the 'large fountain,' it is far, far too large for most of us ever to place it. We're talking about needing a town lot or larger just to have room, or an extremely underutilized village lot, maybe. Would've been nice if it was crafted-well size, or the size of the Isabelline fountain.

Yeah would be a nice deco if I win the city lot in the raffle.

 

Pretty much hogged the village lot I was testing it in. Not much room for anything else alas.

 

Agree. A litte smaller version would be nice.

 

But it does wonders in PoT's at that size.

 

What we need now are ice skates.

 

I have a friend who let me drop the frozen fountain on his lot to at least get a sense of how large it really was. Turns out it's based directly on the crafted 'large fountain' -- so yes, it used a huge amount of space, way more than the vast majority of players have. I share a village lot with my spouse, and have a row house in Ardoris -- and it simply would not fit anywhere.

 

A few of us specifically asked during the telethon if it could please be made smaller than the "large" size.... but no one answered, not even in the wrap-up. We did try to get ahead of this issue

 

I'd love a smaller fountain like the bird baths, but I think they did it large cause they'd lose $ on the bird bath sales and that there is already a large fountain recipe.
