Free look/Free Mouse mode toggle

    I may just be missing this somewhere, but I would far rather have the mouse default to moving the camera and a toggle to switch to moving the mouse. Getting around by "running" is so incredibly slow it becomes arduous to hold down the right-mouse button. I know I can assign the key to something else but it's still a bother.

    Edit- I guess RMB as default can't be changed.

    I agree, I want the camera to move automatically with the WASD keys. Currently the having to move the camera with the mouse (even with CTRL-M) is a game breaker for me.
