Game crash associated with others logging in/out

    Details: It "Seems" that when other players are logging in and out that I get the lag symbol in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Much of the time I crash (Disconnect) from the game for which the game responds with a reason of "network congestion" when I have a very good connection on my end.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 12271
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 530 GPU RAM: 979
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.502.Date.11.08.16
