game crashes whenentering elad's lighthouse

As the title says. The scene loads until 10% and then crashes every-time. I've tried recalling to my home, entering from the basement of my home with a different character, entering from wagon in a POT, and entering from the overland map. Every time the map build stops at 10% and the game crashes. Several times a unity window has opened with the shield logo and a loading bar. I was unable to capture it in a screen grab.

This crash is preceded by shroud using all available memory.

I've attempted this ten times now.

 

Crashing during the load process at 10% seems to indicate an issue with the game files to load the scene. Reinstalling the game might help this problem.
