    At least you know they are aware & working on it.
    It's not like he is spending time chatting.... he is busy trying to fix it.

    Actually they said it was the firewall appliance that controls all traffic coming in and out of the building. There are so many things that can cause a firewall to stop working or get overloaded but if it is happening at the same time every week it is probably the provider. I know when I was home Charter would go down for maintenance every night at 12:30 for 20 to 45 minutes. I had to plan for it. Don't know about ATT because I don't use them but they are all the same. Need to get a dedicated provider. I know Google Fiber is in parts of Austin.

    The time he spends to message discord, could also be spend doing a forum message...
    I am just saying that there are loads of players, only checking the forum (as every other online game) for Announcements

    I have discord, I am up to date. I was not talking for myself. It is about the general way of communicating towards their game supporters. And as most of their game supporters PAY money. They are customers being left in oblivion. As not everyone has the need to ALSO use some chatapp.

    Is it possible to 'download' your online character to offline, as a way to then progress and practice,train, try out builds etc?

    Agreed, since when did Discord become an official communication platform?
