   There is some really bad stuttering happening, usually with casting spells but I see it happen just standing in a quiet area too. Everyone is experiencing it and hardware doesn't matter. I have 16g, 1070 gpu, 4.2ghz cpu. It's as bad as impacting game play as lag.
