Before the patch after you watered a plant you could not see the name of the plant, I like that they changed that to now see the name of the plant.

BUT now before watering AND after water they look alike. Example: Growing plant (Cotton Bush)

Sometimes it is difficult to see the Watered area on the plant.
I use to know by the words that it was in fact watered.

Could we have a minor change like maybe still use Growing plant (Cotton Bush) for the not watered and Growing plant * (Cotton Bush) for watered plants

Really any change would be nice and helpful.

I agree we need more descriptive text. It could say "growing/thirsty cotton bush" or "mature cotton bush" for example. It is definitely too vague as it is.

Yeah, I agree its tough to tell right now. The only way I can is by hovering over in the correct spot to water (which isn't easy) and if the cursor turns green, it hasn't been watered yet.

I think the growing cotton (and probably other plant types) should have 2 different looks in each stage. A droopy- I need water look, and the one we already have that looks like a healthy watered plant.

The plants that are large, cover most of the soil and that makes it very difficult to see if the soil is wet or not.

Agree! I run into this problem with any thing I plant that covers up the ground.

Yes, any indication above and beyond the patch of water indicating the watered status would be helpful

There was a very brief period where the entire planting bed or pot (ie all the "dirt") showed as "wet" when it was watered, instead of the small circle around the base of the plant.
That was AWESOME, you could finally see if the fat things like cottonbushes, were watered or not, easily.
Apparently, it wasn't intentional or something? And was fixed?
But I strongly think they should put it back that way. It made a lot more sense that all the dirt would be wet anyway, and it was soooo much easier to see.

The tip could say 'Thirsty plant (Cotton Bush)" or "This plant needs watering". Or maybe "You hear the plant murmuring desperately 'water, water!".

Equally important, there should be beetle carapaces from farmed cotton bushes! >_<

yea, why not. Or else pesticides to maintain yield :) and fertilisrs to increase it, and scarecrows modified to have an aoe to shoo of birds (maintain yield)

That would significantly drop the value of BC due to the high volume that could be farmed, although I still like the idea....

Good point. Perhaps they can dial down the drop rate for farmed cotton bushes. It would be nice to get some beetles even if it’s not the same ratio as wild cotton bushes.

The perfectly square water looked really weird.

Yes, probably not as big of a deal now, but when we were planting one buy on there was a whole lot of "Oh look, perfectly square watering."
