Gear missing from inventory

    Location:
    Out of the Blue and into the Black.
    Hi I was alone in a solo instance of the Elyssium mines and I went to put on my belt of the ox. It disappeared from my inventory when I equipped it and has not returned. I have gone through every item on my equipment tab.
