Gem Studded Roll of Leather recipe

So, I'm trying to get the Leather Ball of Haste recipe from Outlaws' Run. I spent a lot of time there over multiple occasions. Then, I thought maybe it only drops from the druid, so I find that spawn. When I looted the druid, this is what I got:

 

Went to Shaminian Hills and got the Leather Harness of Speed immediately.

 

Of note, 81 of the Recipe: Leather Ball of Haste has dropped in 9 days there.

 

For the record it does not only drop from the druid. I got it from one of the outlaws. But presumably the druid has a higher chance to drop it.

 

Honestly, I'm glad they take some time/effort to obtain, IMHO, makes the drop, when you get it, more meaningful, my 2c. Adding this, air mastery recipe isn't that hard to get, buddy and I duoed the platform, using statue to break Los, sad thing was it still took us 2hours to get us each a copy.
