    Title: Give Report to Stanley not clearing from quest log
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: I try to speak to Stanley in Soltown and mention keyword Kinsey and the quest will not leave my journal. I have gone back to talk to Captain Kinsey, no change, and back to Stanley, no update.
    Steps to Reproduce: Unknown, it is persistent.
