    Blocker? No.
    Details: I've been complaining about this since R54 QA and now it's even worse. There is an extreme amount of glare, edge lighting or whatever the hell it's called. This is really making the game look UGLY!
    Steps to Reproduce: See the screenshot (I've added arrows so that you can't miss it).

    Here's a video where I spawn into my town, everything looks fine then this effect kicks in around the 8 second mark and it looks like the ground is covered in frost.

    @Barugon Can you try adjusting your video settings? I don't see this particular issue with the varying settings I play on.
