Global Skill Cooldown Sucks

    I have my blade skills in my deck. Before the latest patches, I would be able to use one skill like thrust, then right away hit the thing I'm attacking with rend, then, hit with whirling blades, etc, etc. Now, I use thrust and have to wait 3 or 4 seconds to use the next one, and when you're fighting for your life those 3 or 4 seconds are very important. Get rid of the global cooldown.
