    Would be nice if we could get gold and silver scraps from player crafted gear that has been masterworked or enchanted... would make the salvaging skill more important.. (and reclamation potions) if it's currently in the game perhaps make it more accessible to players by increasing the chances of it occurring.

    This is a great idea.. it would add even more benefit to getting player crafted gear as loot drops

    Maybe make resale value of salvaged silver/gold scraps worthless to keep equipment valuable?
