Got quest: "Ask Martin about red cloth" again - can't complete

    Title: Got quest: "Ask Martin about red cloth" again - can't complete.
    Reproduction Rate: Unknown
    Blocker? No
    Details: Accidentally re-chose some dialogue options when speaking to the Tanner in Soltown. He gave me the quest to ask Martin about the red cloth again even though I have already completed it. I went to talk to Martin and when I query him about red cloth he ends the conversation asking me to leave (I previously placed blame on him in the quest line as I recall when reporting to Stanley at the end). There is no way to complete the quest as such.
    Steps to Reproduce: Complete the Soltown fire quest line and place all blame on Martin. Talk to the tanner again and query dialogue options. Quest is given even though it is complete. Can't talk to Martin about red cloth successfully after the questline has been completed before.
