Grand Tour reward dissapeared

    I completed the Grand Tour Quest and received the shardfall cloak a day or two ago. Suddently it's not visible in the inventory or bank. Has this happened before?

    I've added this as issue #63843

    I haven't heard of items disappearing days after you receive them. The closest thing is when player use filters to sort through their inventory and then forget to clear those filters. Once or twice I've also heard of people putting items in storage in their homes and then forgetting that they did so. Could any of this have happened to you?

    My Shardfall Cloak Rewards have never disappeared, (I have a couple of Chars who have done the quest) so I think your advice is 100% correct towards the OP.

    Just my 2 cents...
    The current Shardfall Grand Tour has been around for MANY months....

    I am hoping we can get a New Grand Tour Quest/Reward sometime soon?

    We don't yet have a plan to replace it, so I'd prefer to keep it in place for the time being. I'm not sure when we might retire the current version in favor of a replacement.

    Checked bank and all inventory bags under equipment tab and it's just gone. Will recheck again later, but I could've sworn I put it in the bank. Nightmare scenario would be having accidently selling it with a shift multi item sell order to vendor. I understand there's a way to reset all quests so maybe Ill have to resort to that once I finish the main questline.Seems like a last resort thing though to me.

    Perhaps go back to the quest giver again to see if he still has it for you? Maybe you thought you go it at question completion but somehow didn't?
