Details:"Search for Evidence in War Room" quest & "Bring Secret Note to Grigor" quest are bugged. I killed the elf overseers in the Understorm Mines in the war room and looted the Secret Understorm Note. I then moved into the war room and a message popped up tellling me to search the War Room for evidence, which I already had. I returned to Grigor and I have both quests active. Grigor does not have a keyword to trigger the exchange window so I can give him the Secrete Understorm Note to finish the quest.
