    Title: Guard Captain Cudgel doesn't have a compass marker when quest to find him is active
    Reproduction Rate: 1/1
    Blocker?
    Details: When given the Deliver Letter to Cugel from Soltown, there is no compass maker for Captian Cudge on the compass.
    Steps to Reproduce: Receive the Deliver Letter to Cugel quest. Enter Ardoris, note no marker indicating the way to Cugel.
