Guards are stupid

I was hinting at what Sannio has been working on, but that too

 

I got one during the telethon. It doesn't note it in the store, but its dyable. Looks great in dark blue.

nope. it's the arms. i am disappoint, those orange straps are why i was hesitant to buy it.

What do the guards do to hamper me from stealing? I thought the current feature was 3x and you get flagged for PVP.. meaning in a town surrounded by guards, it means i go talk to oracle after i rob the place and all the guards watch me.
Has this changed? Or is the *guards MAKE SURE I PAY, in reference to , or else they will make me flag and keep yelling! * ?

 

Hmm, thats too bad. Yeah, I dont really like the tan color either.

I also noticed that the *inside* of the armor doesnt get dyed, so you can see red if you turn just right.

Yes NPC guards are terrible.
I just went into central brit with the INTENTION of making guards do something. Turns out you can rob every smith shop, grocery store, alchemist outright. All that happend was i got yelled *THIEF THIEF* * YOull get whats coming! * And the guards pay no attention.

So i went and talked/bumped into a guard, made sure it was looking at me, then took every fruit, vegie, steak and interactable object off every counter. The most reaction i got was a guard would run to me, have pathing issues, and spin 3 times before trying to continue its route. Still no change in dialogue or anything when i intereact with a guard who CLEARLY just saw me stealing and being called a thief.

What exactly is the reaction that is supposed to happen? I now have to answer * NO * im not following path of truth to the oracle.


So Your saying if i go to the new areas and do this.. how will the guards react differently? I didnt even get flagged like i thought was a mechanic they put in for w.e reason.

Theres a pretty big dif between * theres a feature that might be coming!* And * This feature is already in play! *

 

I suppose you can add "an AI system" to the list of things to check off before November.

 

@UglyFist, is there any chance the dye slots for the fancy new guard armor could be revised?
