   the Farmer NPC merchant in Ardoris , refuses to sell me carrots !!!
   
   I saw them on his table out for display, yet on the list of stuff I can buy from him, it's missing!!
   
   so I was forced to STEAL the carrots because he won't sell them to me!!!

   Yeah, if it is on display it should be available to buy.
   
   Pine nuts are also hard to find in the area also.
