[No Response] Hanging Torture Cage cannot be moved

    Title: Hanging Torture Cage cannot be moved

    Details:
    In two different houses, a Hanging Torture cage has a yellow cursor and cannot be moved.
    Was able to move around Elven Chandeliers in the same houses.
    I did not move to inventory for fear it could not be replaced.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    Go to a Shogun village home or 2 story Storefront with a hanging torture cage
    Try to move it on the ceiling.
