    1. Title:HARD CRASH FREEZES
    2. Reproduction Rate:EVERY 30 minutes to 4 hours
    3. Blocker? Yes, as no playing continuity when questing or scavenger hunting. Several players doing the Scavenger Hunt were sharing that they were having the same issues. They thought it was hardware related and one was talking about the need to upgrade to newer RAM until I mentioned that the same thing was happening to me on a 4 month old PC
    4. Details:Hard Crash, no CTL ALT DEL reboot
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Log in
    6. User Specs: I9, 32 GB RAM, 1 GB SSD, NVIDIA 2080 RTX, Windows 10, 82" Samsung Q9o for monitor

    Happened to me today too with the latest patch (978). Locked up so bad I had to use the power button to power off my computer.

    An interesting side effect is if you are the party leader and this happens, your group members cannot kill the NPCs in the scene.
