    Details: I play the Harp and the buff does not work. I also have one on the Live server and it is working there.
    Steps to Reproduce: Play the Harp and notice if the buff is working while playing.

    Add fleet flute to this list. I noticed this but wasn't quite sure how reproducable it was. The swimming effect proves the fleet flute bug is relatec to the harp bug.

    Was coming to report that Fleet Flute buff is not being applied too. This is in QA Build 589.

    Scratch that... problem is resolved with update 592 (for Fleet Flute and Harp of Invigoration).
