Harvested node window indicates items are in a "bag"

    Title: Harvested node window indicates items are in a "bag"
    Reproduction Rate: many times
    Blocker? no
    Details: When i harvest a node, the window opens up and shows a "bag" icon, and sometimes the text adjacent to the icon says "bag" rather than the type of node (e.g. clay, etc). See circled area in pics
    Steps to Reproduce: see above
