Has anyone been able to make arrows?

    Greetings,

    Has anyone been able to make arrows? The recipe calls for arrowheads, but I am unable to make them.

    No, but I'd love to know too.

    I'm looking forward to the ability to make special arrows - bodkin, poison arrows etc.

    There exist a crafting recipe to buy for the arrowheads which you can find in Owls Head.

    I successfully created 100 arrows using the crafting system.

    The necessary arrowhead mold and feathers are sold by Handac, and as Sindariya mentioned, the recipes are available at the vendor behind Myra's storefront.

    They were not yet worth the effort though, since they are sold for far far FAR less at the weapon's merchant. :)

    Well what kind of world would we be in if a merchant bought the arrows off you at a higher rate than what he sold them? Don't think that merchant would be in business very long ;)

    Uh, I agree with your logic, though I don't really understand how it applies to my comment.

    The weapon's merchant is capable of selling arrows at a price lower than the raw ingredients necessary to construct them to begin with. Obviously they are colluding with a foreign power to undercut the local market, so must be stopped!

    Yeah... :)

    You should be able to buy all raw materials, make the item and make a very small profit (maybe 10% or something). I'd rather see people out gathering raw items tan buying in bulk from NPCs.

    Yes, a value-add economy is definitely something I'm looking for to. At the moment though, the prices are so incredibly out-of-whack that the game is nowhere near that concept.

    Unfortunately, I can see every archer in the game complaining mercilessly about the 15 gold per arrow prices at the local merchant once that system is implemented. :p

    Yea, they should increase the output of arrow heads per ingot. Change the look of the mold to a board with 100 holes.

    I tried to make arrows but there was a bug with the arrow head mold or something. I think it's a general crafting bug. But whatever, I can't make arrows as well as some other things due to the same bug.
