Has anyone found the skull sword recipe yet?

It's probably on a blacksmith somewhere, the gingerbread recipe was on a cooking supplies merchant (behind the Solania bank), so it would make sense.

Or is it maybe a loot drop recipe?

 

not sure....i have been everywhere looking. Cant find the place setting recipe or the street sign either. I did read that the winter lamps could be patterns not recipes. I have found all the recipes but those four. skull sword, street sign, place settings and the winter lamps. So who knows

 

then it seems like there's a few more than I got out of the R48 release note:

I paid 100k for my skull sword... it should stay rare.

 

We need 50 of them to have 1-2 patterns

 

I know someone who slalvaged 33 skull swords about 6 months ago, even though I told him they were rare and trading for >100k due to their percieved rareness

He probably wasted his time if the pattern wasn't even in game yet.

 

hmmm, I have one skull sword, I'll salvage it on QA for an extremely small sample sized test

Thanks for trying Maybe we should ask GMs to add the sword to a mob so it can be farmed.

 

it IS on a mob. farm that particular lich as much as you want.

 

I killed liches about 6 months in the fall and about 3 hours per day. Non of them dropped a bone sword

 

not any old lich, a specific lich. for the second time on this page:

 

I farmed the ravensmoor lich after Darkstarr posted that for maybe 5 or 6 hours and didn't get a skull sword, so I checked the public stats API on how many skull swords had dropped over the previous 30 days (knowing other has tried specifically after reading that comment as well)

Guess what - 0 drops. I posted a bug report mentioning the API data back in october and it is a known issue.

 

Just checked and should be fixed as of next build
