Have not been able to play since Release 5

    --Due to crashes before entering game and immediately after entering game, have not been able to play.
    --I could play fine until I think Release 5. I see others posting similar bug reports as me.
    --Soooo, once I could play, now I can't play......hmmm is my computer plugged in? yes. yes it is. Could it be something changed in the game software?
    --Would really really like to see some hints from dev tekkies on workarounds for us who can't play now but could play before.

    When I mess around on one of my laptops if i have the grafix set to high , it boots me right away , Thats all i have that might be of help , try turning down your settings.

    Try turning the settings to fastest.

    The fastest graphics setting option reduces memory load a lot. The only time when it should be the difference between starting and not starting is if it is on an older, 32 bit OS like XP or 2K, that can only address 2GB instead of 4GB of ram.

    FASTEST yes has always been set on fastest. that is not it. Windows 7. I post crash files.

    Hi,
    I have the same problem.... I have not been able to play for some time now... I think developers are ramping this game up for super computers only... I set the graphics to fastest and turned the resolution down to minimum... the highest Ive been on loading is character loading... 90%.. usual error is -- Too many heap sections.... what ever that means???

    I'm fine with needing to upgrade my computer... its about that time for me anyways.. but it would be nice to have a minimum specs declaration by you guys... so we all know....

    Since the crash files are small, you can just zip up the crash folders and email them to support@portalarium.com. You can post a bug about it in the R7 Bug Forums with perhaps a link to your crash files on dropbox, google drive, etc.

    Mingo I was having these same problems, believe it or not I rebooted my modem and I have not had another problem since.

    What graphics card you got?, Update the drivers, Steam will update them for you m8, This now has 64bit as well as 32bit make sure you have the correct option for your system. Try running game as administrator as well, Right click on exe and select run as admin.
