Have wyvern heads been released in R71?

    title says it all I have killed 60+ and no heads.

    they were released in r70. they're just THAT rare.

    According to the public API at sotagraphs.com They are dropping. Provided this is actually set up correctly on the site, the API is reporting that for the last 90 days only 5 Wyvern heads have dropped:

    Wyvern Heads dropped - Last 90 Days:
    1 - Blue
    1 - Green
    2 - Purple
    1 - White

    So they ARE dropping, they just have set them to extremely rare.

    Since the release of R71, I killed 108 wyverns in Ulfheim, so far only one green head has dropped, along with 15 haunches, which makes you think they have not balanced the drops properly. At this rate, it's hardly worth the time and effort. On the upside there are lots of Reapers to kill

    I didn't count my kills but I have 17 haunches so far and zero heads.

    I like the idea that they're super rare though. I figure that once I find one, they'll make them totally common.

    Yeah previously when they added something, people would farm the crap out of them. And then there’s hundreds of the items around.

    Seems like they decided to do a much more cautious approach, which I think is good. Could probably be tweaked a tiny bit higher.
