Are you still observing this issue? We're not seeing it currently as of our latest patch, 412. Thank you for reporting.

    Build Win.64.412
Sorry to say it is still happening and not only my house but my guild mate has the same house (old knight keep) and I get stuck on his stairway as well. The weird thing is he says it does not happen to him. I have no issues like this with other places.

    Build Win.64.413
Still happening to me but not my guild mate. He even reset his keep to see if it would change anything and nothing different. Still have to jump to get up the stairs.

Would you be able to provide /loc coordinates for the location in particular. With your permission, we would like to use that information to possess your character for a couple minutes to attempt to reproduce it from your perspective and compare it to what we're seeing on our end internally. :)

    FYI @Attenwood -- SotA.Win64.414 (Win7 Pro)--

I upgraded from 8GB RAM to 16GB RAM and was still having the issue.

I upgraded my video card hardware from <AMD Radeon HD 6670 + 8670D Dual Crossfire> to
    <a single AMD Radeon R7 370 series 2GB> and

I am now able to run up my stairs without jumping -- YAH!!!

So I guess this is fixed now?!?
