Healing Touch Unable to use on party

Perhaps I am missing something with this but I cannot seem to get Healing Touch to reliably work whatsoever in regards to healing my team.

I believe the new point blank aoe style is now in game but even while standing on top of my party member with them in my reticle I cannot seem to get the heal to work on them. I'm not sure if this is due to lag or a bug or some other unknown variable I cannot think of.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I was in Ravensmoor when I was testing it last; I did notice HUGE lag in that zone, not sure if it's related.

No problem, I completely understand. I actually just thought of another thing too. I was PVP mode and my party member was not. He then flagged himself on me so we were both pvp. I'm not sure if this helped or hurt the situation or what the current rules are. I was able to target him and using the single target heal though.

Not a problem. Doesn't affect it. I just reproduced it with two party members that weren't PVP flagged in any way. Still observable issue.

Since you were able to observe this do you know if there is a way to work around it? This bug is actually making healing very bad, I'd have rather fought with the targeting at this point =P. Not trying to be impatience, just curious.

I am not getting healing touch to AE for me even at very close range in 412. With my reticle ON another party member it's still casting only on me.

Still a known issue. The fix should have been integrated, but looks like it missed a couple patches. Reopening the ticket for continued review and resolution. Thank you for reporting!

 

Not sure if its still a known issue as Im sure I read it was fixed again but its still not working in 414.

 

I guess we have to wait until R30 for an fix?
